Everything was simply perfect. I liked a new-fashioned and immaculate room with AMAZING views, it overlooked river. My stay was very nice, and the entire staff were very friendly and amicable.

Best Christmas Experience! The room was sparkling clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel was conveniently located near some natural thermal waters, which was a great place to relax and enjoy ourselves. the hotel had excellent pricing on their breakfast, which was delicious and saved us money.

The Wi-Fi was slow and a bit spotty, which made streaming movies a little difficult. the bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom could have used a bit more storage space for our toiletries.

One of the best things about this hotel is its close proximity to the main Boulevard of the city, making it convenient for exploring the city center. Loved staying at this hotel during my city trip! the hosts were very friendly and helpful, they really made our stay enjoyable. the view from our balcony was breathtaking - we could see the river and mountains in the distance. Not to mention, the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. the location was great for hiking and visiting nearby thermal baths.

The hotel could improve on a few things. the fridge in the room was not working properly and some of the lights were missing or had dysfunctional switches.
